Contractual terms and conditions
These General Conditions of Sale have as their object the purchase of products carried out remotely via the telematic network on the site www.lauraglamour.com, belonging to Laura Giacometti, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Vicenza (REA VI 366612), PI 03945110249 .
Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the legislation referred to in Legislative Decree 196/03. Laura Glamor markets the products on the Site and does not produce them. The indications of the materials and composition of the fabrics are those indicated by the Manufacturer. Laura Glamor is not responsible for any information incorrectly provided by the manufacturing company.
These Conditions of Sale must be examined online by the Customers of the www.lauraglamour.com website before confirming the purchase. The forwarding of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of the Conditions of Sale and their total acceptance. The Customer undertakes and undertakes, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these Conditions of Sale, already viewed and accepted during the purchase process, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005.

How to purchase
Purchases of products, available online in the relevant detailed sheets, are made by the Customer at the indicated price, plus any transport costs, as specified below. The Products are depicted and made visible on the Site accurately and corresponding to the characteristics actually possessed. Laura Glamor, in any case, is not able to guarantee the exact correspondence to reality in relation to the images and colors as they appear on the Client's monitor, if the discrepancy depends on the latter. Before confirming the order, the Customer will be given a summary of the unit cost of each product chosen, the total cost in the event of the purchase of multiple products and the transport costs. By confirming the order, upon completion of the contract, the Customer will receive an e-mail message, containing the Order Number and Date. If we have any questions or require clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Price
The prices applicable for products ordered by you are those that appear on this site on the date you placed the order.
These prices are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are not included.
Shipping costs are invoiced on the basis of the rates indicated on this site on the date you placed the order.

During the sale period, please note that all discount codes received will be temporarily suspended. I invite you to take advantage of the discounted offers available during this promotion.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 64 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005, (Consumer Code), if the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or not make the purchase by indicating in the order form a reference to VAT number) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing explanations, under the conditions set out below. To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to that effect by registered letter with return receipt, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The communication must be addressed to: Laura Glamor, corso Matteotti, 107 - 36025 Noventa Vicentina (VI). A copy must be sent by email to lauraglamournoventa@gmail.com
Laura Glamor will only accept returns of goods in good condition and in their original packaging, with tag applied, perfect in its codes, accompanied by the relevant invoice or receipt. The goods must then be returned to the same address within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The transport costs for returning the goods are charged to the consumer.
In the event that returns have been made in accordance with the above, Laura Glamor will refund the price of the returned goods, within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the return.
The refund will be made in the following ways:
- if the payment was made by bank transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the coordinates indicated by the customer, net of bank commissions
- if the payment was made through PayPal, a cancellation will be requested on the transaction to be paid by the Customer, net of the cost of the operation
For products on SALE / promotion, RETURNS are not accepted, with the exception of products found to be defective. In case of lack of availability the product will be refunded.

Complaints and guarantees
The products purchased on the website www.lauraglamour.com are subject to the discipline, as applicable, referred to in Legislative Decree 206/2005 on consumer protection and, to the extent not contemplated therein, to the specific provisions on the subject by the Civil Code.
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and non-conformity of the product. With the exception of the replacement of defective and non-compliant products, Laura Glamor assumes no responsibility for direct and indirect damages that may derive from the use, even improper, of the product by the recipient.
Laura Glamor guarantees that the photos have been taken of the products that will be shipped in case of sale, so the delivered products are the same as those on the Site.
The guarantee is personal and will therefore apply only to the original purchaser, being reserved for direct customers and not for traders, resellers, etc.
Any defect in the products must be reported in writing by the Customer via email to lauraglamournoventa@gmail.com within the legal deadline. The return of the product must be agreed in advance with Laura Glamor.
Laura Glamor reserves the right to verify the actual defect stated by the Customer and to make the replacement only after this check.
The request will be processed only if the following documents are present in the returned package: purchase invoice or receipt, order number and date, detailed description of the defect found.
The costs of returning the goods to the sender remain the responsibility of the customer.
