A tip for using it well:
Prepare the dough: Roll out a thin layer of fresh pasta on the floured surface of the mold. Place the filling: Place a small amount of filling in the center of the area where the ravioli will be formed. Close with another layer of dough: Roll out the second layer of dough over the filling. Press the mold: Roll a smooth rolling pin over the mold to imprint the decorative pattern and seal the ravioli. Cut the ravioli: Lift the mold and, if necessary, trim the edges with a pasta cutter.
